The last official game of the season came against Network World on August 27, where the Spiders again came from behind for a victory — sparked by a nine-run inning in the fourth.

This brought our final record to 7-5 for the ’08 campaign, and more importantly, it was another summer of quality tomfoolery on and off the field. We had several diehards from last year who returned, and a number of new faces who jumped in and made big contributions as players and Supah Fans. Many thanks to everyone who joined in!
